The Ethical Investor Website (the Site) is owned and operated by Lifecraft Pty Limited
ABN 18 093 454 865 trading as Ethical Investor. Access to the Site is conditional upon your compliance with these
Terms and Conditions. Ethical Investor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
Except where otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in the information,
text, graphics and other materials published on the Site (the Content) are owned by and vest in Ethical
Investor.

5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable,
such invalidity and unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms and Conditions,
which will continue in full force and effect.
